Ingredients:

*200g pork mince

* 200g egg noodles

*2 tablespoons vegetable oil

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

*1-inch piece of ginger, grated

*2 tablespoons soy sauce

* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

*1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

*1 tablespoon sesame oil

*1 cup sliced vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and bok choy)

* Salt and pepper to taste

 *Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
